The "Salmon Avocado Tartare for 930 yen (1,023 yen including tax)," served with fresh whole green peppercorns, capers, dill, red onion, Italian parsley, and egg yolk on the plate, to be mixed together evenly just before eating to your liking.
Also scheduled to appear is "Tipsy White Grapes with Ricotta Cheese for 550 yen (605 yen including tax)," a refreshing and chilled summer-exclusive appetizer perfect for the season, featuring fresh white grapes infused with fragrant white wine.
