"Chikyu no Arukikata Yokohama City" is a volume being produced with citizen participation under a partnership agreement concluded with Yokohama City—the first of its kind for "Chikyu no Arukikata."
It will serve as the "Yokohama Travel Bible," covering information across all 18 wards.
On Friday, May 24, the cover was revealed and pre-orders officially began.
Yokohama is a treasure trove of origins and "Japan's number ones." History, culture, ruins, architecture, food, brands, nature, and more—the book delves deeply into the charms of all 18 wards of Yokohama City from a distinctive "Chikyu no Arukikata" perspective.
It is planned to be the "Yokohama Bible" packed with an overwhelming amount of information and plenty of reviews from local "Hamakko," where you are sure to discover "I want to go here!" and "I never knew that!"

The main contents currently known include features such as the 3-day "Go and See" Hamakko plan showcasing the best of Yokohama, touring Yokohama's history through famous architecture, a bar-hopping guide to Noge which began as a black market, photogenic YOKOHAMA, and Yokohama exotic strolls.
Along with area guides for all 18 wards, history and culture, and gourmet dining, the nightlife section will also introduce Yokohama's craft beer and winery scene.
