From Saturday, February 1 through Monday, March 31, 2025, “Tottori Fair 2025” will be held at Cafe & Bar LIBER on the first floor of LIBER HOTEL OSAKA.
Tottori Prefecture wine will also be offered as an optional drink.

About “Tottori Fair 2025”
“Tottori Fair 2025” is a joint fair organized by Tottori Prefecture and LIBER HOTEL to help more people discover specialties from the prefecture, including Tottori Wagyu beef and Tottori Kotoura Grand Salmon.
Now in its fifth year, the fair offers a varied dinner lineup ranging from shabu-shabu to steak sets.
Roast beef bowls, spicy curry and other casual dishes will also be available at lunchtime and for takeout.
A Strong Lineup of Tottori Drinks
“Tottori Fair 2025” will also feature alcoholic beverages from Tottori Prefecture.
Alongside products such as Inata Honten’s 20th Century Pear liqueur and Matsui Shuzo’s Kurayoshi Sherry Cask, both red and white wines from Hojo Wine, familiar to Japanese wine fans, will be offered.
It is a chance to discover the appeal of Tottori in depth.
