A tasting and sales event for the original Sagamihara wine “BLOOOM” will be held on Saturday, March 8.

About Original Wine “BLOOOM”
BLOOOM is an original Sagamihara wine created through collaboration among Aoyama Gakuin University, Kentoku Winery and Chuo Ward.
To reflect younger generations’ perspectives in local initiatives, Chuo Ward in Sagamihara established a collaborative framework with universities that have campuses in the ward and undertook projects addressing issues such as strengthening local attachment. Working with Aoyama Gakuin University students, Chuo Ward and local business Kentoku Winery produced the original Sagamihara wine BLOOOM.
About BLOOOM and the Tasting & Sales Event
BLOOOM is a pét-nat-style rosé with gentle effervescence.
Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, it has mild acidity, a fresh aroma and relatively lively bubbles.
It is low in tannin and has an approachable texture even for people who do not usually enjoy wine.
On the first day of sales, Aoyama Gakuin students involved in the project will staff the Sagamihara antenna shop sagamix, pouring samples and selling the wine.
