About "Yamanashi Fine Sake & Gourmet Month"
"Yamanashi Fine Sake & Gourmet Month" is a renamed and enhanced version of what was previously held for about two weeks under the name "Yamanashi Gourmet Week Fine Sake & Gourmet Tour," which offered pairings of Yamanashi cuisine and local sake/alcoholic beverages.
For approximately one month, the number of participating venues has expanded from 23 last year to over 40, allowing guests to enjoy pairings of Yamanashi cuisine and local beverages.

"Yamanashi Fine Sake & Gourmet Month" was organized by Yamanashi Prefecture with the aim of encouraging people from both inside and outside the prefecture to visit local restaurants and lodging facilities, experiencing the appeal of "Yamanashi's fine sake and gourmet cuisine" through course meals made with local ingredients paired with locally produced beverages that complement each dish.
Speaking of Yamanashi, it is also renowned as a sake- and wine-producing region rich in GI-designated local wines and sake.
During the same period, visitors will also be able to indulge in Yamanashi wine and gourmet cuisine.
