The hometown tax donation portal Satofull has been featuring its “Support Tohoku Special” since May 1, 2025.
Wines from a notable winery are also included.

About the “Support Tohoku Special”
The “Support Tohoku Special” is a feature page created to help more people discover new attractions in the region and support municipalities across Tohoku.
A total of 113 municipalities from the Tohoku region listed on Satofull are participating. The feature introduces highlights from each prefecture along with specialty products and signature items recommended by return-gift producers.
Examples of Featured Return Gifts
The “Support Tohoku Special” includes items such as thick-cut salted gyutan from Sendai, Miyagi; a premium Matsumaezuke seafood assortment from Rikuzentakata, Iwate; and approximately 3 kg of premium San Fuji apples from Hirofune in Hirakawa, Aomori.
From Takahata, Yamagata, a two-bottle set of Takahata Winery’s dry “Yoshi” sparkling white and rosé wines, 750 ml each, is featured for a donation of ¥16,500.
