From Tuesday, April 1 through Saturday, May 31, 2025, Hotel Vischio Amagasaki's Café & Restaurant West River will hold its “Spring Beer Hall.”
The event offers a 120-minute all-you-can-eat-and-drink buffet with around 100 beverages, including umeshu made by an Osaka winery.

About the “Spring Beer Hall”
The Spring Beer Hall is held at Café & Restaurant West River in Hotel Vischio Amagasaki, operated by Amagasaki Hotel Development Co., Ltd.
Guests can enjoy 120 minutes of all-you-can-eat-and-drink service, with a buffet of spring-inspired dishes designed to pair with alcoholic beverages.
Kawachi Wine Umeshu!
The event will serve the “Fukuume Series” of umeshu created by Kawachi Wine, a long-established winery in Kawachi, Osaka, under the theme “Drink, Laugh, and Good Fortune Will Come.”
Five carefully selected varieties from the Fukuume Series will be offered. The range features Seven Lucky Gods on the labels and a winery-inspired emphasis on flavor, including Ebisu Fukuume, made with umeshu prepared using brandy aged for more than 20 years.
Food offerings include spring dishes such as sakura shrimp and rapeseed flower pizza and hamburger steak with bamboo shoot gratin, as well as the chef's original fried chicken made with Oku-Tamba chicken.
Colorful mini doughnuts and mini mousse cakes, popular with women and children, will also be served on a rotating daily basis.
