Yamanashi Nouveau Release! AEON Introduces a New "Rosé Sparkling" Made with Muscat Bailey A, Available at 86 Stores in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area!

AEON RETAIL Co., Ltd. Minami-Kanto Company introduces a new "Rosé Sparkling" made with Muscat Bailey A.

To coincide with the official release date of Yamanashi Nouveau on Sunday, November 3, it will be sold not only in Yamanashi, but also across 86 "AEON" and "AEON STYLE" stores in the major consumer areas of Tokyo, Kanagawa, and Chiba.

Here are the details.

Offering "Rosé Sparkling Wine" as an Exclusive Product for the Minami-Kanto Company

To introduce Yamanashi Nouveau broadly to customers of all generations, AEON RETAIL Co., Ltd. Minami-Kanto Company continues to strengthen its lineup of new styles of "Yamanashi Nouveau" in addition to traditional offerings.

This year, the company is introducing a Yamanashi Nouveau rosé sparkling wine for the first time.

Rosé sparkling wine was planned by the company in response to its growing popularity, particularly among women, thanks to the beauty of its pale pink hue and its easy-drinking appeal.

In addition, the orange wine that the company first sold as "Yamanashi Nouveau" in 2021 has been performing well and will return again this year.

Examples of 2024 "Yamanashi Nouveau" Lineup

As an <Exclusive Product of AEON RETAIL Minami-Kanto Company>, Yamato Winery's "Muscat Bailey A Rosé Sparkling Wine" makes its debut this year.

Made with Muscat Bailey A from Yamanashi Prefecture, this wine is crafted into a brilliantly colored rosé sparkling wine.

By using stainless steel tanks and shortening the maceration period, the extraction of skin compounds is kept low to soften astringency, resulting in an approachable, fresh, and easy-drinking impression overall, marked by gentle aromas and a gentle flavor.

In addition, Yamato Winery's "Kamoshi Koshu Sparkling 2024 Koshu Nouveau" will also be available.

This wine is finished as an orange wine in sparkling style; by fermenting "Koshu" on its skins using the same method as red wine, components from the skins are extracted, yielding a beautiful orange color reminiscent of autumn leaves.

For Japanese wine fans, November 3 is a special day.
