On Saturday, December 13, 2025, St. Cousair Winery Restaurant will hold “Vignerons’ Table Vol.43 — La Cheminée.”
This edition’s theme is La Cheminée.
Here are the details.
About “Vignerons’ Table”
“Vignerons’ Table” is St. Cousair’s regular wine dinner.
Vigneron is the French term for a producer who both grows grapes and makes wine. At this event, St. Cousair’s vignerons propose food-and-wine pairings that can only be realized at a winery restaurant.
About Vol.43
The theme of “Vignerons’ Table Vol.43 — La Cheminée” is La Cheminée, French for “fireplace.”
On a special December evening, guests can enjoy warming dishes and carefully selected wines in a quiet, comfortable corner of the restaurant.
The restaurant chef has created the menu specifically for the event, using seasonal vegetables in dishes such as potage and slow-cooked preparations designed to warm both body and spirit.
It is a rare opportunity to experience finely considered pairings with wine.
