The “Hokkaido Ishikari Fair” will be held from Saturday, February 22 through Friday, March 28 at Coach & Four Wakabadai and Coach & Four Tsukuba.

About the “Hokkaido Ishikari Fair”
The “Hokkaido Ishikari Fair” will be held simultaneously at Coach & Four Wakabadai in Inagi, Tokyo, and Coach & Four Tsukuba in Tsukuba, Ibaraki.
The event will focus on sales of specialty products showcasing the many delicious foods of the Ishikari region, while also sharing tourism information.
Wine Will Also Be Available!
This year, many products will be making their first appearance in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
A wide variety of Ishikari specialties will be gathered in one place, including herring oyako-zuke, seasoned herring, salmon ruibe-zuke, Hokkaido smoked salmon, soft dried squid, and shredded dried squid.
Wines are also expected to include Kerner 2021 and Pinot Gris from Sapporo Wine Co., Ltd., as well as Kita Wine Kerner (2023 and Sweet 2022) from Chitose Winery.
There will also be events such as a giveaway of one bottle of milk to visitors and, exclusively at the Tsukuba store, a tasting comparison of Shinshinotsu rice.
