Wine sales by Hokkaido wine producers are also reported to take place.

About "CHRISTMAS MARKET 2024 in HIGASHIKAWA"
"CHRISTMAS MARKET 2024 in HIGASHIKAWA" is an event organized by Higashikawa Town, Hokkaido—the "Town of Photography"—with three facilities in town serving as its main venues.
Aiming to promote the furniture industry—the town's key industry—and revitalize the local economy, the event was held as the "Art Fair / Furniture Craft Fair" in July 2019, the "Furniture Craft Fair" in April 2021, and has been held as "CHRISTMAS MARKET in Higashikawa" since 2022.
Following last year's event, "CHRISTMAS MARKET 2024 in HIGASHIKAWA" will be held this year co-hosted with local businesses, featuring approximately 100 businesses, the largest number of exhibitors to date.
Hokkaido Wine Producers Joining Too!
In addition to Centpure I and II, the complex community facilities located in the center of town, the event will use the Higashikawa Cultural Gallery and Higashikawa Kyosei Plaza Sorairo.
It is an event that creates festive pre-Christmas excitement at year-end, featuring interior exhibitions and various workshops by local wooden furniture makers, as well as scheduled wine sales by Hokkaido wine producers.
Furthermore, a free shuttle bus circulating among the three facilities will also operate this time (a special Christmas-themed vehicle).
