About the Bishu Collaboration Event
The Bishu Collaboration Event is organized by Izumi Shokai LLC.
As one of the company’s community-business event projects, it is held as part of the “Energize Japan from the Stomach Project.” Its goal is to discover excellent regional alcoholic beverages, introduce them to more people, and encourage interested participants either to visit the regions or purchase through e-commerce so that sales flow back to local communities.
Izumi Shokai is also considering organizing tours for interested event participants to visit wineries and breweries, although the plan is still under review.
