At "Mt. Fuji View Onsen Ryokan Ooike Hotel," popular illustrator "mame" has created original illustrations depicting the charms of Yamanashi.
The event aims to showcase the appeal of 1,000-year traditions: Koshu wine and Koshu textiles.

As the birthplace of Koshu grape cultivation, Yamanashi Prefecture has been a grape-producing region for 1,000 years, as well as a textile production center spanning 1,000 years.
This time, as an initiative to convey the charm of Yamanashi-produced "Koshu wine" and "Koshu textiles," "Mt. Fuji View Onsen Ryokan Ooike Hotel" will host an exhibition and event featuring original works drawn by Yamanashi-based popular illustrator mame.

Driven by the desire to "introduce the deliciousness and joy of Yamanashi wines, where wine production volume and the number of wineries rank number one in Japan," the hotel installed a wine dispenser featuring 32 selections of exclusively Yamanashi-produced wine in the 1F lounge.
On the sofas where guests can relax while drinking wine, Koshu textile cushion covers decorated with the Ooike Hotel logo add color and style to the space.
In addition, during the exhibition period, an illustration exhibition, merchandise sales, and workshops will be held.
The event is packed with activities, including an opportunity for guests to have their portraits drawn by the illustrator in person.
