About the Nouveau Wines
SUNTORY FROM FARM will release nouveau wines made to draw out the individuality of grapes harvested in 2025 as fully as possible.
The producer hopes drinkers will enjoy the fresh, refreshing character unique to new-season wine.
About the Wines
For this year’s nouveau wines, careful yeast selection and fermentation management are carried out for individual vineyard lots, creating a range of base wines with distinctive aromas and flavors. Blending these wines is intended to produce the freshness of nouveau together with savory depth that complements seasonal foods.
