In September 2020, the company concluded an agreement with Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, and the Tsugaru Hirosaki Agricultural Cooperative (JA Tsugaru Hirosaki) to expand the production of Tsugaru wine grapes, aiming to stably produce high-quality wine grapes grown in Tsugaru and to produce world-class traditional method sparkling wine from Tsugaru in the future.
"SUNTORY FROM FARM Tsugaru Chardonnay & Pinot Noir Sparkling 2020 Green Etiquette" is a sparkling wine crafted through continuous winemaking challenges, working closely with local growers from the vineyard in Tsugaru.
