On Saturday, February 21, 2026, St. Cousair Co., Ltd. will hold its first collaboration event with Hotel Kokusai 21 in Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture.
For one day only, guests can enjoy a feast of food and wine celebrating winter in Shinshu.
Here are the details.
About the Collaboration Event
On Saturday, February 21, 2026, Hotel Kokusai 21 and Winery Restaurant St. Cousair will hold their first collaboration event.
The premium event will take place on the hotel’s top floor overlooking central Nagano, with chefs from Hotel Kokusai 21 and Winery Restaurant St. Cousair preparing the cuisine.
The theme is “Éveiller l'espoir,” expressing the idea of kindling a light of hope. Guests can enjoy special dishes available only that day together with St. Cousair wines in carefully designed pairings.
About the Program
St. Cousair Hill, home to Winery Restaurant St. Cousair, draws many visitors during its lush green season, but winter snow has traditionally made attracting guests more difficult.
The organizers want more people to discover the appeal of wine and Shinshu food culture throughout the year.
That idea led to this first collaboration with Hotel Kokusai 21, creating a luxurious wine-and-food experience without requiring guests to travel to Iizuna Town.
The course includes an amuse-bouche, appetizer, fish dish, meat dish, dessert, and wines.
